For more than 24 years, I have had the privilege of working with and leading people in education—as a teacher, school leader, coach, and consultant. Throughout that journey, I have learned that leadership is never simply about a position or a title. It is about people, relationships, trust, growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

I have experienced firsthand the joys and challenges of leadership—the difficult decisions, changing expectations, challenging conversations, moments of uncertainty, and the responsibility that comes with caring deeply about the people you serve. I have also experienced the incredible privilege of watching people grow, discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and become the leaders they were meant to be.

Those experiences have shaped the way I approach coaching. As a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and registered member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I bring together more than two decades of leadership experience, a master’s degree in Education and extensive graduate work in Educational Leadership, and my ongoing work in coaching, teaching, and consulting.

I am passionate about helping people grow—not just as leaders, but as human beings. I believe each of us has strengths, purpose, and potential that can be developed, and sometimes we simply need someone to walk alongside us, listen well, ask the right questions, offer perspective, and encourage us to take the next step.

My own faith is an important part of who I am, and when it is meaningful to my clients, I love incorporating biblical principles and discipleship into the coaching relationship. I believe leadership is ultimately about how we use our influence to serve, encourage, and positively impact the people around us.
