Winter Break Reset

School leaders work diligently to manage staff, students and families during the school year. The call to address needs and build relationships in the moment is endless...and we love every minute of it! However, when we find ourselves in the empty building a sense of clarity surfaces and a times for reflection emerges. We take advantage of the space in between to re-center and prioritize tasks for the new year. We utilize downtime to also recharge and reset our body, mind a spirit. The extra hours dedicated for home, family and self and crucial.
